The Montana Grizzlies 13-0 will play the Appalachian Mountaineers on ESPN at Washington Grizzly Stadium in Missoula, Montana in the semi-final playoff game at 4:00 pm EST. 
 
This is the biggest game to be played in Washington Grizzly Stadium. It is going to be around 5 degrees with a wind chill that could be minus 20 below. The stadium was packed last week as the Grizzlies stomped the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks 51-0.
 
In the previous game, the Grizzlies were down 48-21 in the 3rd quarter with 5:11 seconds to go and in one of the best comeback games ever beat South Dakota State 61-48. It was the most exciting college football game I ever saw! It is still surreal that they scored that many points!
 
They are vying for their 3rd NCAA Division 1AA National Championship Title. Last year, they were defeated by the Richmond Spiders who lost last week in the semi-finals to Villanova. The Grizzlies ranked number #1 in the post season, having had an unbelievable season and remarkable last second wins to get to this point.
 
This team has been special and has 19 seniors that have lead this team over the past four years to the best senior record ever! When the team went 11-0, I wrote the original GrizJam rap and the music for the DVD with a fellow musician. This DVD with two other songs Montana Country & Montana Metal will be released after the game on Saturday. It is my tribute to the team and the many memories of this season. In life, you always remember your roots in the many things you do, as you know history often repeats itself. Dates and numbers unique at one point in time, come up again and it may seem coincidental, but in God's world, his algorithms are always perfect. In some way, we are all connected.
